What is SiteMail?
SiteMail is an Internet browser-based email client. You can get instant access to your email at any time and from any location as long as you have a Web browser and a connection to the Internet.

How do I log in?
Type your email address and password in the spaces provided, select the interface style you want to use, and then click "Login".

Where can I log in?
With SiteMail you can log in from any frame-compatible Web browser connected to the Internet. You can check if you Web browser meets the minimum requirements for SiteMail to work correctly by clicking here.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?
Contact your domain administrator or technical support.

What are the different interface styles?
These are "skins" or interfaces for SiteMail. The different interfaces have different looks and let you interact with the features and tools in different ways. The interfaces you can use depend upon the browser you are using to access SiteMail.

What is a POP3 account?
This is a type of email account that has been set up for you by your domain administrator.

What happens to the email messages when I log out?
Email messages that you read in SiteMail are not deleted from the server when you log out. You can use a POP3 email client, such as Microsoft Outlook, to download all of your email messages later, even those that you already read in SiteMail. If you delete a POP3 message in SiteMail, however, it is deleted from the server.

How do I stop other people from accessing my email account?
You must choose a good password and always remember to log out. When you log out, SiteMail can delete your cookie and stop access to your account until you log in again. SiteMail will only let one person at a time log in to your account.
